چکیده
Background: Adipocytokines secreted by adipose tissue are suggested to play a significant role in developing obesity-related complications. On the other hand, regular high-intensity interval training (HIIT) has been shown reduce risk of metabolic complications obese subjects. Objectives: The effect HIIT was evaluated on serum and tissues (inguinal retroperitoneal) adiponectin TNF-α levels rats fed with high-fat diet plus sucrose solution (HFDS). Methods: Thirty-two male Wistar were randomly divided into HFDS standard (SD) groups. After 12 weeks, each group sedentary group. An program performed three times/week for eight weeks. Inguinal retroperitoneal collected assay levels. Also, glucose insulin levels, resistance index (HOMA-IR) measured. Results: significantly increased weight gain, inguinal (P = 0.001) fat depots < 0.001), HOMA-IR but reduced 0.011). able decrease gain mass 0.05) did not affect depots’ adipokines (adiponectin TNF-α) > 0.05). Conclusions: can have reducing effects weights, it does circulating depots' HFDS.

Introduction: Inflammation in the brain is known as neuroinflammation and increases TNF-α (Tumor necrosis factor alpha) secretion and activates the TLR4 (Toll-like receptor 4) pathway. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of 4 weeks preconditioning with high intensity intermittent training (HIIT) and moderate intensity training (MICT) on TNF-α and TLR4 levels in male Wistar rats. M...
